I just got off the phone with your rep Gwen. After putting on hold several times which I assumed she was trying to fix the problem. She told me unless you link with social media your status wont update. That makes no sense to me since I am in silver and it has always updated. Yesterday I talked with Brittney and she had me watch a certain commercial which was +3 and said if it had not updated by today call back. So I did that. She picked that one because you do not have to be linked with social media to get the status updates on that one. I do not have a cell phone so twitter is out of the question. And I do not spend my time on facebook. Also Brittney yesterday was able to look at recent status activities where Gwen today was not. She couldn't even see where I did the commercial yesterday. Not sure what was the difference. I asked for a supervisor because I was tired of being talked to like I was crazy. She said she wasn't sure what I thought a supervisor was going to be able to tell me. I said I expected to be told something that makes sense. Since mine had updated for months into silver and all of a sudden want do it anymore. Of course she said all the supervisors were busy and they would call me back. which of course they haven't. Add that to the fact that I get threatening emails saying I am going to lose my status if I don't complete some activities. After looking at some previous post doesn't look like I am the only one with this problem. I need to know what to do since I need to stay in silver.
