I redeemed 200 points to shutterfly.com for a mousepad that you could put pictures in. When I submitted my 200 points from my coke rewards account, they cut me off before I could put the shipping info in. Now I have lost 200 code points and my coke rewards account has 11 points and I have no confirmation that I will receive my reward. Can you help me? My digital code is CC2K-11CY-0ETZ-NVB08N. Hi Susan, Sorry to hear that. We can absolutely assist you to get a code or to be refunded your points. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
