IS THIS ALL THERE IS TO THE HOLIDAY GIFT COLLECTION? I HAVE SAVED ALL YEAR AND DROVE TO THE LIBRARY TO ENTER MY CODES EVERY WEEK TO GET THE GREAT GIFT CARDS DEALS THAT WE HAVE HAD THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS. WHAT HAPPEN? DID WALMART,MCDONALDS,HOME DEPOT,DOMINOS,AND THE OTHERS PULL THEIR SUPPORT? I THANK COKE FOR THIS REWARD PROGRAM BUT IF MCR CAN HELP US GET SOME OF THESE GIFT CARDS IT WOULD BE WONDERFUL. I DEPEND ON THEM TO GIFT TO MY FAMILY. THANKS

Me too Wanda, me too. Sadly this is my very FIRST year with MCR & earlier in the year I had first heard about the great holiday sale on gift card rewards here & that most people were saving all/as many of Their CRP as they could & absolutely NOT redeeming them until this epic year end event/sale. The whole entire year I had foregone my favorite soda of choice (not Coke brands) to settle for my 4th-5th favorite sodas which were Coke brands in order to accrue a stockpile of points for a bunch of great gift cards at end of year. All year it took all my willpower NOT to click & redeem my over 3500 points for some of my fave stores: Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, AMAZON so I could have plenty of points available to get some of these same gift cards in the holiday sale but at a discount. Coke kept claiming that yes they were going to have another holiday event this year just as they have in years past so WHY would I NOT think that (since the past 2-3 holiday sales have followed a very similar format offering top desired numerous denomination retailer gift cards at deep discounts & allowing for redemption towards multiples of some of them) anything would be so DRASTICALLY & completely different ito cheesiness & bs this holiday event is this year. ONLY ONE AMAZON CARD? ONLY ONE OF NIKE? Wtf I can't even get GameStop & can't get it already during 1st day this promo was opened to gold status? I thought Cokes BS reason why there is a strict limit of ONE measly Holiday promo gift card per member was so that everyone could have an equal shot at getting one as well (silver & bronze)?? Well, I'm pretty sure alls it would take, Coke, is a simple check in your system to see how many registered active accounts there are & you should STOCK appropriately & accordingly if it's REALLY TRUE that you imposed a ridiculous one per member limit on your ridiculously limited holiday gift cards because you wanted EVERYONE to have a chance to get each one. Rrrrrighhhtttttttt. Anyways, back to the matter at hand here: I am beyond BEYOND BEYOND FURIOUS with COKE!!! I spent and spent all year on Coke products that I didn't prefer but can tolerate just to save up points for a holiday promo that Coke themselves said -during various times in the past year- that they were going to have again this year --- with ZERO notice to members AHEAD of time that there would be any differences & such drastic differences in this years holiday event -- led me to believe it would be another Coke holiday annual sale with the usual suspect mass retailer etc cards at discounted rates etc. Then as if this was not bad enough Coke goes ahead and kicks me when I'm down by quietly removing all the popular and highly desired mass retailer gift cards from their catalog mind you the same gift cards that were there all year long open till the holiday sale day and then poof they all magically disappear from the catalog leaving nothing but the undesired garbage and crap left the clucks. Then by applying a one gift card per member redemption rule to all the holiday gift cards and pricing these meager three gift cards each at such a low point amount, Coke knew it would have a lot of members with a lot of hard earned points left over but with nothing desired ormeaningful to redeem them on.... Just take a look at the rewards catalog atm. Look at it. No way there was a major stampede by MCR members all of a sudden (once the big holiday supposed Black Friday at MCR starts occurring) decide to redeem their points for EVERY LAST ONE of EVERY SINGLE available AMAZON, Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, McDonalds etc gift cards -- many at many available denominations & limit redemptions for these regular gift card rewards as well-- all while everyone was waiting for the Black Friday like holiday rewards sale that they thought was going to occur, over multiple days, and that they thought had the very real possibility of having the same gift cards at a significantly lower price. I'm NOT buying it, I'm not. By getting rid of the most popular rewards that mind you they had available ALL YEAR in the regular catalog, Coke is banking on people just not redeeming the remainder of their points at all & they used the rollout of this years mean cruel joke of a "sale" as a cover/distraction to them taking the site down for an extended period of time to not just roll out their crap holiday offerings of garbage but to remove every last highly desired gift card that they knew was going to be redeemed for in mass amounts once members seen what a joke the holiday trick was. Coke is getting way stingy & this takes the cake. This screams scam artist and is borderline widespread fraud. I can't believe I joined this fraud of a "rewards" club and out of all the rewards club member I had the most points by far in this club and was looking forward to redeeming those points for Amazon, target, TJ Maxx, Walmart gift cards because with all the money that I spent on Coke products Thru the year & drinking less than favorite soda, heaven knows that I MORE than earned the right to redeem for these CERTAIN rewards that Coke dangled in front of me like a carrot on a stick all year with multiple denomination gift cards to EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE RETAILERS ALL being solid rewards that have been in the rewards Catalog ALL YEAR (until suspiciously THE DAY of the holiday rollout where Coke, dressed as an overly realistic Grinch, stole everyone's Xmas this year) I trusted Coke, & trusted that at the end of the year, if I somehow missed out on the holiday event or for some reason coke decided not to have it, then I would be able to redeem for my choices amongst them. When I seen these certain gift cards in the rewards catalog at the beginning of the year & my collecting points I took it as a statement by Coke that read something like "if you do us a favor & buy so many of our products that you can get to & accrue this many points, then we will return the favor & reward you with this specific gift card. At no point did Coke send out a bulletin to let members know that they would be removing such a mass amount of things from their rewards catalog & to give us a fair heads up that if we wanted any such rewards to grab them before they remove them. That stinks to high heaven. Any reputable & fair company who chooses to entertain their own rewards program has done this simple gesture before removing certain rewards so members don't feel blindsided and scammed when they go to login and the reward that they may have joined the rewards program for & was religiously saving for for awhile, all of a sudden is gone. Since joining this rewards program I've noticed that Coke seems to short change it's loyal customers and rewards members as much as it possibly can -& often- to turn things around to increase their bottom dollar & screw the customers as much as it can. I can only imagine that fiscally, things over at Coke are not looking so good that they constantly pull such shenanigans and that they have no problem repeatedly stooping to such low levels that what they are doing is going to piss a lot of people off and they have to know doing some of the crap that they've done that they are going to lose a lot of those loyal customers. And this year, oh boy, to end the year with the biggest bang yet, the pathetic & ignorant "holiday promotion" going on now is the most blatant example of this in the HISTORY of Coke & MCR. Disgusting. I vowed to Coke that if my rewards are not rolled over into the next year when they get those certain gift cards back into the rewards Catalog or if not, stock similar gift cards so that I can redeem for them that I am done FOREVER with Coke products & will faithfully shame them wherever & whenever I am reminded of their awful brand. Enough is enough with ripping loyal customers off Coke. This is supposed to be a rewards program remember? It is anything but at the moment. Tsk, tsk. Get your sh*t together Coke; & QUICK before YOU are FINALLY the one who loses EVERYTHING!!!

I find it ridiculous too. I have almost 900 points, that's enough for *FOUR* of any of those gift cards. I had my eye on the Amazon one, so I could get one for myself, my sis and her hubby, and even my parents.

This is ridiculous, maybe even more ridiculous than the changes implemented at the start of the year!

You know Coke doesn't have to have this MyCokeRewards thing to survive..they will survive alright w/o doing it.  So, we should be grateful they just have this.  At least thats what i was told by a friend of mine who also does MyCokeRewards.  I have over 6000 pts myself and I guess i'll just get some more 12 packs with it. LOL!

I agree with you Mark, I am thankful for what I have been able to get but I wish MCR had warned us in advance instead of building us for this disappointment. Also I have asked this question about anymore gifts being added or maybe another promotion and I have not received any type of reply from MCR but I see other members questions being answered but not a word to my question.

I agree with you there...they gave us some Double point days if we put in some type of coke caps or 12 pack codes to get the points build up in our accounts then we get hardly anything for them.

Well, good news: after running out yesterday, they managed to bring in some more Free 12-pack coupons today. If they can do the same with the other gift cards, we may be able to sneak in a last-minute deal here.

Besides, how can they run out of gift cards that easily? Don't they usually have a huge stock of those?
