I finally got through and redeemed for a home depot card my points were deducted but no email, does this come in the mail?

Hi Marta, have you checked under your Account
where it says "Redemption History" to see the status of the shipment?
After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping
time in a confirmation email.
