I cannot use my 50 dollar hotel gift card and CANNOT TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. None of your phone numbers work.

Hi Sarah, Please check your email to find your digital code.To complete the checkout process for the reward you have selected,
please enter your 11 character member account and temporary passcode
"savings" at www.myhotelgiftcard.com. Once there, Complete the registration process to activate your certificate. If you have any issues, please contact our customer care at 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

what is my 11 Character member account number? and temporary Password? Where do I get these? there was only the code for the gift card in the email. No account number or temporary password
