How do I get a rewards Card?? When I enter codes from a box's it won't work. I also mailed in for pages of codes that would not work I have not heard from anyone and it has been over three years does this really work losing faith.

Hi, Myra. You can pick one up at participating machines found at http://www.mycokerewards.com/content/vending-map.html. You can also redeem points for one at http://www.mycokerewards.com/itemDetail.do?itemId=51210.
