How do I get help from a live person? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

How do I talk to a real person? The virtual assistant told me to call the toll free number--there is NO option for talking to a live person to get help with codes rewards that were not emailed. Please tell me how I can talk to someone to get my rewards that were not sent...thank you.

Hi Eric, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
