How do I get my 3000+ points back?

I lost 3000+ points when you changed to the new program. I've posted on FaceBook about this and opened official troubleshooting cases three times since January. Other than the automated responses to the new case filings, I've never heard back from MCR about my missing points. Obviously I'm very unhappy about this. Do I need to escalate my issue with interested parties of the press?
