how do I log-in to enter cap codes if I can't log-in mycokerewards.com

when I get to log-in screen ,the next screen will be the go to log-in screen, I never get to log-in in screen, have been a member for over 8yrs and now can't log-in?

Hi, Ben. We're sorry about that inconvenience, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
