I have been asking the same question for weeks, no positive answer as yet. Some say they can make it work, no idea why some can and some can't, has to be a coding error somplace, but highly unfair because it cuts down the odds for those who can enter them and just wastes points for those of us who can't play, but have to pay the points anyway.

Following the above I have read that using a different browser helps, and, also, that the game runs whether you actually scratch off the card or not. Basically that means it is just a pure instant win, and the "scratch off" is purely a device to make you feel as though you may have participated. I am using Internet Explorer 8 , haven't tried Chrome or Firefox yet, might waste some more points doing so at some stage, but if that is correct then it is indeed a coding error and the people who run the game on behalf of MCR need to get their act together.
