how long does it take to get a redemption code email? I haven't gotten mine yet.

If my past history is any ruler by which to gauge, it can be more than a month and that is after emailing them to death. I am now working on trying to get another redemption code sent to me.

Hi Timothy, please check your junk/spam email folders to ensure that it did not end up in there. If it is not there, feel free to give us a call. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
