I attempted to enter my Diet Coke points today (09/30/16) to get my 150 point bonus but was unsuccessful.

I attempted to enter my Diet Coke points today (09/30/16) to get the bonus. After I entered only 52 points it said I had reached the 75 point limit. When I looked at my history for today it said I had entered 73 of the 75 points. The history showed seven +3 point entries and seven -3 point entries whats up with that? Someone at Coke really screwed up this promotion. In addition I cannot get through on the phone so I can get them to correct the issue. I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes.

Hi, JCin. Sorry you’ve had trouble. If you haven’t received your bonus points, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent.

Don't bother to call. That's what they told me and I still do not have the points. They are just playing us along hoping we forget about it. Let's contact the Better Business Bureau.
