I deleted my email with my 2 tickets, 2 drinks and popcorn at the AMC Theaters

I accidentally deleted my email that contained my 2 tickets, 2 drinks and popcorn for the AMC Theater. How can I get the email back. So that I can use them

Hi Bonnie, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
