I feel that something is going on with the site and that those using it is being treated unfairly.

I have more than one problem. I can't log into mycokerewards. I can sometimes enter my email address by that is as far as I can go. I can't enter my password to access anything on the site.
I redeemed my coke reward points before they expired but did not receive everything that I ordered. I feel that something unfair is happening with mycokerewards.com. The virtual agent is useless.
