I had bought tickets with a card and never received a confirmation email. I called customer service and she told me that my card was processing therefore it would never go through and I would not receive the email. I called twice just to confirm that I would not charged for tickets I did not receive. However a few days later the processing purchase went through when I didn't even use the tickets that I never got. I was wondering how I would get a refund for tickets that were never even sent to me
