I had the same "promotion is over" msg for 2 out of 6 codes about 2 days ago. Today I entered them along with 2 new ones and they all went in without a problem. I suspect a glitch in their system.
You can call My coke rewards or contact them by e-mail. If you contact by phone they will only take three codes. That is what they told me when I called. Try all your codes 1st.
