I hate the site, I hate the format. I hate it enough to create an
account on getsatisfaction.com You've lowered the weekly points
limit even further...down to 75. Social media is pretty much REQUIRED to
unlock anything above BRONZE level rewards. The rewards selection is
SORELY lacking.
I don't care to do your PR for you by linking all my accounts, voting and "liking" a bunch of nonsense. I am completely uninterested in PROMOTING Coca-Cola beyond purchasing your consumables. I've already done my part with my retail purchases.
MCR is gleaning valuable marketing information from the people that sign up. It seems that the new changes implemented for "sustainability" were a cost cutting measure. You have effectively decreased the value of the rewards and slowed the rate of redemption, while raising the requirements for access to personal information by linking social media accounts.
I have decided that the TIME, effort and money required to redeem rewards are not worth it!
I have tons of unused MCR points that I will not ever redeem because I am not returning to the new site! I am also NOT purchasing Coca-Cola products in the future. Our comments regarding the new site might be falling on deaf ears, but if the people that are unhappy with the new "improved" MCR stop purchasing your products in protest, perhaps someone will listen then.
