Hi Char, due to the popularity of our program, we’ve made the transition from 12-digit codes to 14-digit codes, to ensure we have a steady supply of codes for you, our loyal members. We apologize for any inconvenience, but 12-digit codes are no longer accepted as of 8/1/2014.

That stinks, I have been doing coke points forever!!!!!  Yall did the same S@#$ when it went from 8 to twelve digits!!!!  I never received any notice from Coke stating this!!!  there should be someway for us that have 12 digit codes!!!!

Hi Rachial, I just responded directly to your message. The transition from 12-digit to 14-digit codes was announce through our FAQ several months prior to the August 1 transition date. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I too am finding that same error very frustrating. I *never* saw anything in my email that announced the change over. Are you saying we're supposed to go to your FAQ page every once in a while & check for random messages? Why can't you send emails out with this critical information. Most of my codes I have to enter are 12 digit and so they'll be worth nothing. Is there any way you can help?

Hi Andrea, all program changes are announced via the Official Rules or FAQ. Changes may also be communicated through the My Coke Rewards email newsflashes.

It's good customer service to send notifications through email. So we're supposed to read the rules or faq how often? Once when we joined seems like enough. Then other updates should be communicated directly to individual CUSTOMERS.

Well that's not the easiest way to notify customers of the changes. You should email us like when you have promotion . It's really not that difficult and is better customer service. We are the ones buying your product. Shame on you.

I have so many caps. Coke has burnt my rear on more than one occasion. I will have to have a change of heart before I go through putting 14 digits in for three little lousy points again.

Why can't your change of rules just show up on the main page when you log in. Your screwing your customers when you change this stuff. Ok you say Aug. 1 2014, so how is it I bought my coke last week. Your system should allow 12 or 14 digits until all have been absorbed, no matter how long that takes. Ya'll need to get it together!!!!

is coke about to go under because it seems like they do not care anymore about the customers and wont to keep them anymore. how do we  know which bottles of coke has 14 digital codes when we buy them  or 12 ?. how do we known which 12 packs if any ever works again is a promotion or ?. this really does not make any sense at all. whats going on?. All so why cant I buy cherry coke and cherry fanta in any store in tn in 2 litters anymore which is the only coke I'll  drink
