I have not been able to log in since the new site went live. Seems others are having the same problem. When can we expect resolution?

I have had the same problem. There was nothing really wrong with the old way. It was much easier to get on and redeam points. Why change a good thing.

It seems late January/early February Coke and other entities set forth major programs where WE, the consumers, market and advertise for them.  We are to relinquish the semblance of privacy we have in our other personal accounts to promote Coke, the product that I have abused my entire life (until I discovered brushing and flossing are not enough and that Coke sucks all the calcium from your body--have 27 teeth pulled after two break so badly....bone density scan, I am Gumby or Sam Jackson in Unbreakable) and continue to drink daily at a much lower scale so....and I want to advertise for Coke?  No, no, and no.
Here is what has happened.  A few of us who drink too much Coke capitalized on our bad habits, and we really enjoyed all the perks--despite struggling to cut out, read, and enter the nearly illegible codes.  Last summer's offer for tickets to Cedar Point (I was able to get three tickets--over $175--for a young mom and her two kids) was one program that had to have provoked a meeting during which the Rewards people were verbally abused by their Coke superiors.  Now, I am to promote and advertise for Coke on Facebook and....no.  FB is my quirky journal and not the place for Coke to advertise.  And, Twitter--I'm 60 and have no interest in Twitter).  Thanks for the chance to make a little family happy, but NO,   There must have been other major screw up that cost Coke more than anticipated.  
We have a vacation rental.  The successful websites where owners can list their rentals made terrifically intrusive changes, including being able to receive copies of emails I send potential guests from our own personal/business email account.  Further, they are offering their own products for sale to guesting ON our listing.  They claim they are meeting the needs of the customer--potential guests.....but, I paid a hefty chunk of money for that listing.....am I not the customer?  No renewal for that baloney next year.  I paid lots of money so the website(s) can advertise their own products on my listing.  I am marketing and advertising the website's products, with our rental as a secondary thing.

The old Coke Rewards account was nice while it lasted as a one-to-one relationship with Coke.  Quite nice.  But, hey, Coke Official Rep.  I am not playing the game and serving as your free marketing opportunity.  
Looks like only a handful of voices are commenting, but you must be able to see the data--nobody wants to serve your advertising needs.  Can you hear our world of voices singing that Coke once was the real thing, but it is not anymore.

If you are having trouble access an account like the above member was, it is not because of any social aspect. Social media is in no way a requirement to participate in our program. If you would like to provide feedback regarding our program that is not related to a member's previously posted question, please start a new forum chain so unrelated updates are not emailed to members with separate problems.
