I have not been able to login for 3 weeks now. I can go to the website but not login. When I called i was told that I was the only person having a problem but when i go to the blog that is not true. How can this be fixed?

Hi Rick! Please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode. If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

Veronica - Stop with the canned response. I've got the same problem. Cleared my cache, cookies, history, everything back to the beginning. Guess what, all I accomplished was to lose information and tools I've cultivated for 3.5 years. Called MCR customer support, was told the problem was fixed yesterday and that there were no other problems. Funny, I called because there was a problem. None of the three browsers you mentioned can access the site from my machine. Ya think your tech guys can figure out which of their recent changes caused this latest issue? Googling the can't log in issue returns tens of thousands of reponses going back for years.

Update -
Called MyCokeRewards again today but to no avail. They don't have the problem . . . we do. Gave it some thought. No good with my desktop, laptop, phone. No good with my daughter's laptop, What is common link between devices. WiFi router! Have been hearing stories about router security vulnerabilities. Reset my (Belkin) router to original factory condition, called cable company (RCN) to reset my cable modem. Problem resolved. Hope this helps others! - Steve

Finally a solution! I reset my Belkin router after reading this and the site finally works. It's too bad that Coke couldn't have been more helpful to find this solution.

I've been trying to log in for at least a week and can't get passed the "processing". I, just like many others, have cleared my cache and cookies and tried Firefox, IE and Google Chrome with no luck. When will this be fixed so I can log all my points?

I tried calling the number that Coke has listed in other responses. I got the same canned response that they have been putting on this page for the last couple of weeks. They suggested I call my internet service provider. That doesn't make sense to me since this is the only site that I am having issues with. My provider is Time/Warner Cable. Is anyone else who is having this issue using a different provider or could the problem actually be at Time Warner? (Coke rep. - Do not bother replying, as you have made no attempts to actually resolve this problem).

Yep...Comcast. It worked a week ago when I entered code but now I can't sign in. I could sign in to this page. I use my iPad for entering codes.

I HAVE THE SOLUTION TO THE LOG IN PROBLEM: I use Comodo Secure DNS. This sets the primary DNS to 8.26.56.26 and the backup DNS to 8.20.247.20.
Because I use Comodo Secure DNS, when I log in the response is just "processing" and it continues to say "processing" without stop. I switched to "assign DNS servers automatically" and NOW i can log in! Coke must have recently done something to the web site because I have never had a problem using Comodo Secure DNS. I have a wireless router, 2 laptops and an iPad 2. Each laptop uses the Comodo Secure DNS in the wireless network card settings. My router does not use it and my iPad 2 does not use it. The Coke log in worked on my iPad 2 but not on my 2 laptops. If you have any of your network settings using some type of secure DNS (there's more out there than Comodo) that is probably why you are having the "processing" problem and can't log in. You will have to go into your network settings and check "Obtain DNS server address automatically". Hopefully you can get someone to help you do this if you need help. I did send Coke a message about this.
