Hi Arely, sorry to hear that. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

when I click on sixflags.com/mcr it just send me to sign in into my season pass login, and I dont have any season pass
