I just logged on to enter points and all of my points are gone! ????

How do I get my points back? I logged on to enter more codes my points are at zero. Any idea if they can be found?

Hi Heather, Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90-day period. We will be glad to return the points as a one-time courtesy. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent. They'll be happy to help.

I called the number and pressed 0..."my coke rewards 2015" and then a disconnect. Can you tell me how to get to an agent?
