I need help signing in to both sites | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have been a member of the rewards program for many years..I have been unable to sign in and I changed my password and spoke with the online support person and he referred me here.I get a messege saying my request cannot be completed try back in a few minutes. But with no luck. I have been signed in to beta and entered codes, but then I signed out thinking that was the problem but now I cannot get on either site. Please Help

Hi Kim, please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. Be sure to sign out and back in after you've cleared that browser data. Beta will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported, but may affect complete enjoyment of the full My Coke Rewards Beta experience.
