I need help with my coke rewards. I lost my reward. I had a code and went the the site then lost the redemption, can you help.

I have a code and went to the cedar fair website, then lost the MCR scan that was provided. Can you send me a email with a new code and cancel the other. Or is there any way you can get me my reward that was earned. ty
