I never received the email with my $5 Amazon Gift Card Code- twice

I earned but never received the email with my $5 Amazon Gift Card Code- twice. I have confirmed the correct email address and checked every possible junk, deleted, or archive folder. Thought the first time was my error but the second never showed up either. I get other emails from My Coke Rewards. ??
