I no longer have access to the email account that I used to register for my coke rewards. I called the my coke rewards program and the person there walked me through entering a message on the my coke rewards asking for assistant and to contact me at a new email account. However, after doing this two weeks ago, I still have not received assistance in updating my address from one that I no longer have access too. What can I do? Can someone assist with this issue? I do not believe this should be so complicated and I see others have had this issue before.
