I redeem some points for the bluetooth bracelet but it does not work. How do I get one that works.

I too have a question about the bracelet. When I pair it with my phone it asks for a code. It does not accept my phone password. I am wondering if there is another code to enter? I tried the 5 digit number on the front of the instruction manual with no luck

Does Anyone know how to charge the Bluetooth bracelet? My computer has USB 2.0 Bracelet is USB 3.0 Computer says it needs a driver for bracelet. Help!!!

there is no light indicator to charge the bracelet, just plug in the computer or plug in ac/dc outlet using usb adapter. wait for few minutes. press and hold center button. digital readout will read " power on.

Reading the posts above - litobajacan - you seem to know a lot about the bracelet offered on mycokepoints . . . I don't see much information on coke website, didn't find much on youtube . . . so I thought I'd ask here. What all does this thing do?

I have gotten one as well today actually (feb. 25, 2016) and it works fine BUT the speaker does not work. it will not play any sound except a buzzing ring when i try to use the speaker. I also noticed the box has some typos like slightly overlapped lines, and unfinished words. At least the one i received has these typos. My name is Alisha D.
