That phrase in on YOUR website. Why?
And why do i have to CALL YOU to find out what it's supposed to mean?

I ran into the same thing. I can't believe this is the answer. I'm done with this whole thing now. They took loyalty and actually created unhappy customers who won't be loyal anymore!
