I redeemed 1138 points for One (1) free admission to LEGOLAND California, I read all the instructions before to request it, and it does not say the delivery way,the problem is when I redeemed it says that I will receive my reward in 2-4 weeks, expecting that was an e-ticket to print at home, because I already had my hotel reservation for the next day. Now, I call to customer service to cancel the reward and a very rude way they say that it can not cancelled the reward. Can you help me to solve this?, I do not need the ticket because I already went to Legoland. Thank you
