I didn't receive my Digital Entertainment Code

I spent 120 Coke points to get a $3 Digital Entertainment Code, but I haven't received an email with the code. It wasn't in my spam folder either.

I sent an email to Coke on 1-5-14, even tried the contact form on 1-6-14, received auto-responses, but still do not have the Digital Entertainment Code.

Hi Kelly, have you checked your spam folder? The code will be sent to the email address you have associated with your My Coke Rewards account.
