I entered 5 - 12pk codes but only received 3 sweeps entry and don't received the 20 bonus points.

Hi Marineth, please give us a call about this. We'll be happy to help. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
