I entered the codes from 5 12-packs of diet coke and only got credit for one. Why?

How do I get credit for the other 4 12 packs?

Hi Barbara, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to
reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how
MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you
individually.
