yes, I check everything 3 times a week.. do you not mail the tickets anymore like the old ones? I get all the info or rewards updates but have not recived that.

Hi Melody, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to
reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how
MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you
individually.
