I ordered a cookie jar in April, I think. It still says processing? Just curious

Hi Michele, most rewards usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6-8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8-10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. Have you checked under your Account where it says "Redemption History" to see the status of the shipment? After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in a confirmation email.

Well I ordered april 7th 2014. I probably deleted email. It says processing in redemption history. I have never had any problems with rewards program.

I've been a loyal MCR member since it first started. I ordered a Cookie Jar a several years ago, and it arrived with a broken lid. Contacted MCR and they "couldn't find" my reward. Lol Saved up another 1,000 points to get another one, but when I went to get that reward they upped the requirement to something like 1,050 (...or 1,100ish??) points. Took me a few weeks to get enough points...then when I logged in the cookie jar reward option had vanished!!!  Very annoying. :-|
