I purchased the european caribean wallpaper and also played the AMC instant win game but never got to play the game at all

How do i get the wallpaper that i used my points for. I can't get it. Please help me get it just keep getting a screen with a red x on it only. I also used 6 points to play the instant win game for the AMC instant win but i never even got to play the instant win game.I want my points back and i want the wallpaper that i purchased the european caribean wallpaper. Please help me and fix these problems i have. Thanks.
