i received my wireless earphone and i put aaa batteries inside but power indicator doesnt come on.

I just found problem. The batteries can make contact inside the battery compartment unless I push down hard on the battery cover, then the red indicator light comes on. The headphones themselves are great when I use the wire into speaker jack. How can i get this replaced?

I almost got some of those, in fact I finally decided last week & they are now not on the page. Glad I didn't if you are having problems with them
