how do i get the whole gift certificate, or can i have the phone number to the company so i can talk to a human being

Hi Sue, we can put you in touch with our team. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
