This is the response I sent 18 days ago regarding an issue I have been dealing with and I have yet to get a response: I tried several different web browsers with no luck. Then I sent an extensive email from the site itself asking how to correct it and if I would be able to participate in the 12 days promos that I could not participate in due to the site issues and no one responded to me. I entered some codes today on my account and tried again and my editing worked. So, someone fixed the problem with the site, but I still have not heard anything about obtaining any of the promos for the 12 days that I could not participate in due to the problem. Who should I talk to about this?
