Thank you, mailng in one code, as the value dies not equal postage seems,,,,,,inefficient. I have just thrown a few away. I am getting more illegable codes now than ever before.

This is the second time that I have entered a code and gotten an error message stating I have made a mistake. I have checked the code and I entered it correctly, but it is not being accepted. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Last night and this morning I tried to enter some codes and I kept getting the same response stating that the codes aren't case sensitive but I've never used capital letters and always used the number "0" for o's. So could please find out if It's my computer or your system that's screwed up.. Mahalo Drew Paniku

This morning I was entering my codes, I always enter the week's total at one time, it let me put in 93 points but then all of a sudden it is saying that everyone of my codes in in error? I save them up to enter them in but it hasn't been but about a month since I last entered my points. Is there something wrong with my account or should I just try again tomorrow. thanks judy bagley

Been trying to enter my code but still says 'Ooops, error' everytime. I enter a zero instead of the letter O everytime and sometimes an S instead of a 5. "Some" codes are hard to read. This one wasn't, I just wrote the code down.

I have an MCR code that is not working accurately. I just opened the case myself and entered the codes shortly after and it said "Oops-there was an error in the code you entered. Here's some info that might help:
Codes aren't case sensitive.
No spaces are required. If it looks like an "O," it's actually a zero."

I live am the only one that does MCR at my home of two.

What can I do about this?

When I enter my codes it gives me the "Error in code" message. I have entered the codes correctly and checked muptiple times to make sure. I have also tried different codes and keep getting the same message. Please let me know how to get this fixed. Thanks

I HAVE AN ARCTIC CODE FROM A 12 PACK THAT ONLY SHOWS PARTIAL CODES. THE TOP LINE HAS: 0BM5 AND THE SECOND LINE HAS 7JJ04 AND THAT IS ALL THAT IS ON THE LABEL. KIND OF HARD TO ENTER A CODE WHEN THATS ALL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE.
THIS 12 PACK WAS EITHER PURCHASED AT COLUMBUS AFB, MS COMMISSARY OR DOWN TOWN COLUMBUS, MS.

My 24 pack of Dasani has a place inside the wrapper that says MCR code but it is covered in black. Anyone know why or how to get credit for the code?

I have Rewards Codes from Dasani water cases that I canNOT read...there seems to be extra dots on part of the codes that causes an error if you 'guess' the digit incorrectly. I went to the FAQ section and found a question pertaining to not being able to read the code and the 'Answer' was: "Please make sure you are using a code that has not been entered previously." Not very helpful; so I am wanting to know if there's anything else I can do to get credit for these 20-pt codes or do I just lose those points?

I have come across this many times with Dasani. Generally there is a crease or a fold right across the code. When that happens I contact MCR and give the part of the code I can read and they have been good enough to credit my account for those codes. You just have to make the contact and they seem to be more than happy to help out

Obviously Coke does not care about its customers as i have been waiting for a reply about a very similar problem. Guess we are out of luck. No more Coke products for me.

I continually run across caps that I cannot read for love nor money. It is usually the red caps. I have thrown away many caps but keep hanging on to maybe 10 or so. Help???

I have had several Codes from cases of Coke Zero or Diet Coke that gives me an error message. It always says if it looks like an "o" it is actually a 0. I have entered them as 0 and still get an error message. I am nearly positive the codes I have entered are correct yet still receiving the error message. Why can I not get credit for the codes when I have entered them as listed? Example: R0MLWF97XK99MR gives an error message. Any suggestions?

I enter codes collected for two elementary schools that I work at. I get caps from all over the district and then enter them.... but some parents have already entered them... It seems that there is some sort of limit on how many TOTAL caps you can enter in a day, whether they are used or good... I was able to enter about 43 caps and then all after that were the "ooops...." message. Once I try the next day I can proceed to enter more. Hope this helps.

I have a tab from a 12 pack box and cannot read several of the last characters... The first ones I can read are TK4PFP49T???4 the characters are poorly printed... I'd be happy to submit a photo of what I'm looking at. I entered this question months ago on the mar website and never heard back... Please Help. Thanks

I have a code from a 12-pack of Coca Cola that I'm having problems reading the code on the box lid. I've tried several combinations and can't figure out the correct letter or letters as the dots are kind of skewed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have a place that shows a picture of every code character? The reason I ask is that there is a character in my codes that doesn't match any English Letter or Number and when I try to put in the code whwre I tried very one of the 26 letters and 10 digits, none of them worked. The charcter has two dots to the left of a middle line and two dots to the right and the middle line has 6 dots extending down from the two left dots in a curve that curves towards the left. The closest letter I could see it as is a T, but that didn't work in the code.
