i am trying to post my codes from coke zero 20 pack and it gives me an error message of "this is not in service" how can i post them because i am not getting credit for the points i have
I have a coke code I have been trying to enter (2nd one of a set to get a free college shirt) and the code is blurry. It will not allowing me to enter the code without sending out an error message that the code in invalid. Besides not having my shirt, I am also being denied my codes. It is ion the inside of a 24 pack of cans bought in Vernon Texas at Walmart. How can I go about getting my points and my free shirt? Donna Pate

I have an illegible code, nothing I enter seems to work. Each character is printed only on the very bottom, the rest of the code is more of a shadow than a print...like the machine ran out of ink. I'd be happy to forward a picture to show what I mean. How can I get my points?

I have 7 codes from 12 packs and 24 packs that are not legible. I've tried entering what I think they read, but I keep getting an error message. Can someone please help me get credit for these points?
codes for desani suck, cant ever read them, i have four codes that i cant read, how do i get my points, i might as well buy another brand thats cheaper if i cant get my points............... thanks

I was able to get credit for my unreadable codes by calling:
866-674-2653. Select language, and press '0' (zero) to reach
an agent w/o going thru all the verbage. They were really
nice about it. It's too bad that the codes aren't legible, but nice
that Coke makes good on them.
Call the number that I posted above, and you'll get credit for them. Also, if you haven't tried looking at your numbers under a fluorescent light...try it. I had so that I couldn't read at all, but when I looked under fluorescent lighting, they became legible enough to enter. Good luck.
i have been trying to put in my codes and every one that ive done says ooops dont use spaces or if it looks like a "0" then its a zero a few codes didnt have any zeros

First I have a sprit zero bottle and no code under cap, second I have three codes from McDonald's one is clear and the other two have a letter that you can't read none of them work. Fix it please, thanks.

I have 50 points that I can't use from 5-12 packs of cans. You need to make the codes legible and clear. After a half hour of trying variations and guesses I'm frustrated and giving up!
The My Coke Rewards page will not accept any of the 15 digit codes on the new packages of Coke/Diet Coke, etc. It keeps telling me there is a problem with the code and to not put in any spaces, but I am not doing that. It took the 14 digit codes just fine, but does not like these 15 digit codes...please help! I am trying to donate these points to my school...
Reward codes will not work. The new 15 digit reward codes are being rejected by the My Coke Rewards site. It keeps saying not to put in a space, but I did not do that. It took the 14 digit codes, but won't take the new 15 digit codes. Please help!
I have a question for anybody who can give me an answer. I was putting in my codes like normal and they were entering fine. But all of a sudden all the codes I put in started yielding the same message: "Oops-there was an error in the code you entered. Here's some info that might help: Codes aren't case sensitive. No spaces are required. If it looks like an "O," it's actually a zero."
I've tried 7 codes so far and they all do that. I know I put them in right. These codes are kinda old (4-5 years) and I just now have gotten around to putting them in, which is why I have so many. But I've got over 300 points already with the other codes, so why do these ones not work? Or is something wrong with my account? I would like to get this resolved before next week so I don't miss out on points this week. Thanks!
i can not read the reward code on my 32 pack of diet coke ,the code has the first 2 letters outside of the gray box and the are blurred what can i do????help help help
I just bought a new 12 pack of Coke Zero Cherry & my code won't work. I've tried no spaces, zeros for the 'O', swapping K for R, swapping Z for a 7, & swapping U for a Z. HELP!!!!! I want to enter a sweepstakes BAD!!

the codes are not illegible ive entered them more than one time the only ones it will take is coke diet coke and some sprite. is there an expiration date? i have over seventy caps
