I'm getting an error. No spaces required. When I try to enter old codes. they are older caps but not used. Says try taking out the spaces etc. What should I do. they are of the 15 character kind not the 14.
Trying to put in code but,screen says OPPS. What ever code was imprinted 2 letter or number that was printed looks like more than one letter or number. How do I solve this? Have tried to put code in by what the different letter or number is. Not working

I have multiple codes from Dasani water and none of them can be read, they are getting worse w/every purchase of this product. How can I get my points? Also, I redeemed points last November and still have not received my gift card. I sent i a help request and was just told it was mailed! It would be nice if someone would fix the issues vs. just expect me to give up and forget about it!
Having trouble with reading codes on two of the 20 packs that I purchased. I have tired to read/change to what I thought it might read with no reward...always says try again, error in code.....How can I get these points?

I have a code that I got from a 12 pack or a 20/24 pack (I don't remember which - we buy a LOT of Coke!) and I can't read the code. What can I do about this?

I am also trying to put in code from a 24pk of Diet Coke and it is telling me there is an error and that do not use space and the o being an 0 there are no 0 in the code and I didn't do any spaces. Also did the same with the bottle caps and I have quite a few of those. Please HELP!!!! Thank You.

What can I do if I can't read the bottom portion of the code listed in my 12-pack? The dots are all ran together. This is the second one I've had on my Diet Coke Lime.

the red coke caps are very hard to see and read? the caps that are the grey diet coke are nice and easy the black letters show up good on the gray back
This is the third code from a case of Diet Cokes that is illegable. I was given credit for the other two. Could I please get another 20 points added to my account?
I buy Dasani 24 pack of water to get my points but I have troubles reading the code it is on a gray background and the numbers is computerized and it makes it hard to see the numbers and chip won't give me any more points coke needs to make the number darker or put them on the caps of the bottle like they do the coke bottles help here
