I can't locate a reward that was supposed to be sent to my email account and I would like to use the gift card today.

yes I have and I do not understand why it is not in my email inbox. I get emails from you throughout the week, but my reward is not in there. Can you please resend my gift card to me tonight so I can use it in conjunction with a coupon for Barnes and Noble. The coupon expires tonight, and If I do not get the gift card I will not be able to use it with the coupon. Please resend my gift card to Barnes and Noble tonight please.
