I have an illegible code, nothing I enter seems to work. Each character is printed only on the very bottom, the rest of the code is more of a shadow than a print...like the machine ran out of ink. I'd be happy to forward a picture to show what I mean. How can I get my points?

Out of curiosity, was it one of the new Olympic packs? That's the one I have a problem with.

Darn! I bought two of them, but haven't opened the second one yet. I bet it has the problem as well. :o(
