I won the mini Ipad in an instant win game in July. The ending date for the instant win game was July 31. I was wondering since I won the Mini Ipad , if there are any forms I need to fill out sign and return before receiving my prize. The 8-10 weeks are up and I dont want to miss out on my prize. My sons birthday is coming up and hes autistic , this would be the perfect learning tool for him. So i want to make sure I do everything right in order to receive my prize.
