Invalid Consumer Identifier Error | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Trying to enter sweepstakes, but when I get to the deduct screen and press submit, I get an "Invalid consumer identifier" error. I've logged out and back in but still the same.

Same problem. Needs to be fixed soon, since the things I am trying to enter into have one day left...

yeah same was confused it I was doing something wrong so refilled all my info out and relogged and same deal.

I keep trying to submit points to a sweepstakes and it says "Invalid consumer identifier" i do not know what this means but all the information i have posted on there is my home address and true info, this sweepstakes ends tomorrow and i want to use my last couple points for it
