very DISAPPOINTED with mycokerewards!, I've been a member for years and never had any problems until recently I redeemed my 100 points for a $50 hotels gift card, Which I wasn't able to use, I followed all the instructions on how to use the given code, but didn't work,it's not like I let the code expire or anything,or didn't wanna use it, I even tried to contact the myhotelgifcard.com customer service and the lady I talked to told me the code was not valid and to contact mycokerewards customer service to request a valid code, if I cant get get my points back at least i should be given a valid code or given something else, it takes a lot of drinks to get to a 100 points, for me to just loose them,especially that its not my fault. customer service says I cant get my points back,very pissed !!!!!
