Is promotion over?

Why do I receive the message: "Promotion is over. Codes are no longer active." every time I enter a new code?

Hi Buck, due to the popularity of our program, we’ve made the transition from 12 digit codes to 14 digit codes, to ensure we have a steady supply of codes for you, our loyal members. We apologize for any inconvenience, but 12 digit codes are no longer accepted as of 8/1/2014.

but they are still being sold in the stores.  I bought some  in 2015 and 2016.

I'm being screwed over.

The program started on 2/27/06 and has being extended into 2017.

The codes I was to enter were 14 digit codes.  I haven't had a 12 digit code in several years.  It took my bottle cap codes but not the 12 can fridge packs.

I have the same problem with some of the 12 pack codes.  Mailing one at a time costs more than it is worth.  I wait until I get at least 5 of them.  Knowing their past performance there will be more.

I'm having the same issue. I have a 14 digit code and the site won't accept it. I'd rather not mail it in so what are my other options?

Hi Karl, we're sorry about that printing error. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

How about coke sending me a stamp and envelope so I can enter the codes that don't work or use type characters that don't exist? i should spend the cost of a stamp and envelope to earn 10 points several times a year? How about excepting pictures of the code?
