Is the email about error on sochi sweepstakes entries legitimate

I got an email saying " You’re receiving this notice because our records indicate that you entered one or more Coke, Diet Coke or Coke Zero codes between 2/6/14 and 2/23/14 that should have offered you an equivalent number of complimentary ....."

Is this legitimate?

I got the same thing. Did not respond. I logged in to my mycoke rewards page and I have no alerts, so it does seem suspicious. I also got a pop up asking me to participate in a "survey" with an "offer" at completion. So not real sure about this ...
