Issue entering codes for free Shutterfly photobook | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I tried to enter the 5 codes necessary for the free Shutterfly photobook. I had entered 4 and it logged me out. I logged back in and had to start over like I never entered the previous 4. I kept clicking on the enter codes here for the promotion and it kept taking me to the regular screen where you just enter 1 code at a time. I have now entered 5 codes today and no Shutterfly photobook. :( What should I do from here? ~michelle mutter

The offer is automatically awarded after you enter 5 codes from any page.

To see the offer - go to the "My Account" or "My Special Offers" page and look under redemptions or the offers list where you will see the offer. Select "View Details" and it will show you your code. Also, check your inbox, they send you an email with the code after you enter the 5 codes.
