Hello Wow thank you so much for adding extra excitement to watching the NCAA basketball games. I have enjoyed entering my coke zero code numbers and earning entries. So cool that Harvard, La Salle, and Florida Gulf Coast each won their round one games.
On top of the NCAA sweeps there is even more sweepstakes fun. Yea!!! HOWEVER........
Friday 3/22/13 when I tried to enter the 20 millionth sweepstakes something did not work. I could see that I had 3 special offers. I was trying to pick my first sweeps entry for a Walmart gift card. I clicked to pick that prize and the mcr website opened a new browser tab and acted like I was not logged in. I looked at the browser tab where my 3 special offers message was still visible and showing that I was still logged in and I made a screen image as a pdf. I can include this pdf as an attachment to an email. If you think it will help. Friday when I experienced the problem I was using Google Chrome Incognito. On Saturday I used Safari and I did not have any problems redeeming my special offers. I was happy to claim my three sweepstakes entries.
If possible I wish that my sweepstakes entry chances would be restored. I feel that these entries were lost due to a glitch in YOUR software. I looked at the my coke rewards facebook page AND very many mcr members are complaining about this very same problem. Please consider my request for restoring my 3 sweeps entry chances. In case my original question seems ambiguous I wish to clarify that I entered three Coke Zero 12 pack codes on Friday. I received my NCAA sweepstakes entries. Yea!!! However, I did not have any success when I tried to claim my 20 Millionth Member sweepstakes entries on Friday. On Saturday I entered 3 new Coke Zero 12 pack codes. I was able to claim all sweepstakes entries associated with this second set of three codes. So I am only missing three entry chances to the 20 millionth member sweepstakes.
